Thank you for visiting www.cardinal-coaching.com, a website (hereafter “Site”) operated by Cardinal Coaching SAS. (Cardinal Coaching”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This condensed, English version of our Site’s Privacy Policy and governing Terms & Conditions (collectively Policy) are provided as a courtesy to Users of the English version of the Site. As we are registered in France, and the Site is hosted in France, in case of discrepancy with the original French Policy, it is the latter that is authoritative and binding.

The purpose of the www.cardinal-coaching.com Site is to provide information on the company’s activities. The information is indicative, not exhaustive, and can evolve. Although we strive to provide information that is as accurate as possible, we cannot be held responsible for omissions and inaccuracies, whether by ourselves or by our third-party partners.

You are accessing the Site under your sole responsibility. We cannot be held liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site itself, or from the interpretation or use of the information available. The Site is normally accessible to users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, barring external restrictions that are not within our control, or infrequent technical maintenance.

We own the intellectual property rights or hold the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logo and icons.

The Site is developed using WordPress technology. We cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Site. In addition, the User agrees to access the Site using recent equipment, free of viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

7. Collection and Management of Personal Data

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of any personal data we may collect from Site Users, in respect of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in effect as of 25 May 2018), and of the French law on Information Technology and Freedom (amended multiple times).

Through the Site’s contact form, you have the option to provide your first name, last name, company, city, country, email and telephone number.   We only collect personal information voluntarily provided by the User to request information about our services. This information is used for the purposes of correspondence and of providing information that could be of interest. If personal User information should need be communicated to one of our partners to fulfill the User’s request, it will only be done with the User’s prior explicit consent.

No personal User information is sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.

All Users have a right of access, correction, and opposition to their personal data by submitting a written request to the Publication Manager, accompanied by a copy of their government-issued ID, indicating the address to which the answer must be sent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Site or this Policy is subject to French law. Regardless of the user’s location, in the absence of an amiable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in France.
